Sahara began bellydancing under the instruction of Karlana in the
1980's and was a member of the High Desert Rose Belly Dance Troupe
in the late 80's and early 90's. She won several categories in Northwest
competitions (specialty - sword, intermediate and semi-pro). Sahara is
Suhaila Salimpour School of Bellydance Level 1 Certified!
She now directs Sahara's Dream Belly Dance Troupe (Belly Dancer USA
Troupe - 2006 and 2009) located in Central Oregon, teaches locally, and
promotes bellydance events.
"Bellydance For Every Woman"
