Sahara’s Dream is an award-winning belly
dance troupe based in Bend, Oregon.
Known throughout the Pacific-Northwest
for their crisp execution of challenging
and innovative choreographies, Sahara’s
Dream is composed of dancers Sahara,
Kamaria, Phoenix, Natasha, and Cynthia,
and "Jodie the Roadie."
Sahara's Dream is directed by Sahara, who
began bellydance classes with Karlana in
the early 80's. She was a member of High
Desert Rose Belly Dance Troupe in the
late 80's-early 90's. She won several
categories in Northwest competitions
(specialty - sword, intermediate and semi-
pro). She teaches locally and promotes
bellydance events. "Bellydance For Every
Woman"
